About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to successful onboarding. You will act as a brand ambassador for Consultonomics India, fostering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with our leadership and hiring managers to meet our ambitious talent goals. Your expertise in leveraging cutting-edge tools and data-driven insights will be critical in building diverse and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier active and passive candidates across various consulting domains and functions.
- Utilize a diverse range of channels, including professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter), specialized job boards, industry events, university partnerships, and employee referral programs.
- Craft compelling outreach messages and campaigns that resonate with target candidates, showcasing Consultonomics India's unique value proposition and culture.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified individuals.
2. Comprehensive Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Design and implement effective screening methodologies, including skills assessments, case studies, and behavioural interviews, to evaluate candidates against role requirements and company values.
- Provide detailed and insightful candidate summaries to hiring managers, highlighting key strengths and areas for further exploration.
- Ensure a consistent and fair screening process that promotes diversity and inclusion.
3. ATS Management & Process Optimization
- Act as a super-user of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Leverage ATS functionalities for efficient candidate tracking, communication, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize ATS usage, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Manage job postings, candidate applications, interview scheduling, and offer management within the ATS.
4. Portal & Social Media Presence
- Manage and optimize Consultonomics India's presence on various recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to maximize visibility and candidate reach.
- Develop and implement engaging social media recruiting campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, showcasing our vibrant company culture, employee testimonials, and career opportunities.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to enhance employer branding and attract passive talent.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure a consistent and attractive employer brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.
5. Dynamic Stakeholder Management
- Build strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their evolving talent needs and strategic priorities.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
- Proactively manage expectations and provide timely updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
6. Data-Driven Reporting & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and quality of hire.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the recruitment process based on data analysis, proposing and implementing data-backed solutions.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to forecast hiring needs and optimize resource allocation.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [X] - [Y] years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced consulting firm, professional services, or a similar industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including advanced sourcing techniques for niche and senior roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (mention specific ATS if preferred, e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo).
- Strong understanding of various recruitment portals and adept at leveraging social media for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR).
